is currently seeking a reliable and hardworkingLabourer
to join our team in Kettering. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside an experienced Builder/Groundworker on a variety of ongoing projects -- with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance.Role Overview:
As a Labourer, you will assist an experienced Builder/Groundworker with day-to-day site duties. You will be part of a two-person team, supporting a range of groundworks and construction tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with site preparation and general labouring duties Supporting the Builder/Groundworker with tools, materials, and movement of equipment Keeping the site clean and organised Following health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
Previous labouring experience preferred but not essential Good work ethic and willingness to learn Punctual, dependable, and a team player
Driving licence
preferred - the team will work together, and at least one person must be able to drive and pick up the other if needed Willingness to undergo or already hold a validCRB/DBS check
(some projects will involve working on nursery sites)Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary, Temp to perm
Pay: 16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
Schedule:
Monday to Friday Overtime Weekend availability
Work Location: In person
