Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong desire to contribute to the beautification and maintenance of various landscapes. This role involves physical labour, operating power tools, and performing general groundskeeping tasks to ensure that gardens, parks, and other outdoor spaces are well-maintained and visually appealing.

Responsibilities

Dig and prepare soil for planting, ensuring optimal conditions for growth. Perform landscape support tasks including cement mixing, moving materials and being a team player to ensure efficient running of a tidy site. Operate power tools such as cement mixers, cut-off saws, and preferably have a driving license to drive the vans to pick up materials Use hand tools effectively for various tasks Follow health and safety procedures Maintain the cleanliness of work areas and equipment to promote safety and efficiency. Assist in the installation of new plants, trees, and landscaping features. Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects in a timely manner. Qualifications

Previous experience in labouring is preferred but not essential, as if you have the right mindset and attitude, we will train Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods. Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks, including lifting heavy loads. Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics in garden design. A willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping techniques and equipment usage. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Pay: 23,000.00-33,000.00 per year
