Job Description

The Role

We're looking for reliable, hands-on crew members to help deliver, build, and dismantle floating pontoons on location. This is a self-employed, freelance position--while not guaranteed full-time, most of our crew are currently working 4-5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

Loading/unloading pontoons and equipment Assembling and dismantling pontoons on-site Working outdoors in all weather conditions Occasional travel and overnight stays (accommodation/subsistence covered)

What We're Looking For

Physically fit and comfortable with manual work Punctual, practical, and a good team player Willingness to travel and stay away when needed Towing experience and/or trailer license is a bonus CSCS card or similar site experience is helpful, but not essential

Pay & Perks

13.50/hour with a guaranteed 10-hour day rate (135/day) Overtime paid beyond 10 hours at the same hourly rate Extra pay for: Crew leaders Towing trailers Working away from home (subsistence included)

We're a small, dedicated team that takes pride in working hard and getting the job done right. Due to a busy workload, we're looking for additional hands to support our experienced crew.
