We are now seeking a motivated Labourer / Trainee Wet Sprayer to join our dynamic team, with full training provided to develop your skills in wet spraying.

We are recruiting for a Labourer / Trainee Wet Sprayer to join our production team at our Park Royal facility. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking to grow their career in a hands-on role within the joinery and fit-out industry.

Key Responsibilities



As a Labourer / Trainee Wet Sprayer, you will work under the guidance of our experienced team to support the production of bespoke joinery and fit-out projects. Your duties will include:

Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, and prepare wood, MDF, and other materials to ensure surfaces are ready for spray finishing, achieving a smooth and professional result. Assisting with Wet Spraying: Learn to apply spray finishes (paints, lacquers, primers) to various materials using professional spray equipment, under the supervision of our skilled sprayers. Equipment Maintenance: Assist in operating and maintaining spray equipment, ensuring it is clean, functional, and safe to use. General Labour Tasks: Support the workshop team with tasks such as material handling, organizing the workspace, and assisting with basic joinery or assembly work as needed. Quality Control: Work with the team to inspect finishes and ensure they meet our high-quality standards, with guidance provided to develop your eye for detail. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with sprayers, joiners, and other team members to meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional results. Health and Safety: Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and organized working environment.

The role is based at our modern workshop and paintline facility in Park Royal, North West London (NW10). You will work directly with our in-house team, contributing to exciting projects in a well-equipped environment designed for efficiency and quality.
