Labourer - Self-Employed
Role Overview:
We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team for a pub refurbishment project in London (NE13). This role involves supporting trades on-site, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and assisting in various aspects of construction work.
Key Responsibilities
General labouring duties on a live construction/refurbishment site Assisting tradespeople with materials, tools, and manual tasks Loading and unloading deliveries Keeping the site clean and tidy Helping with site set-up and dismantling as required Following health & safety guidelines at all times Completing basic paperwork or site forms when needed Working closely with site managers and trades teams
Requirements:
Previous on-site construction or labouring experience preferred Minimum 1 year experience Physically fit and able to carry out manual work Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions Own PPE (steel toe boots, hi-vis, hard hat, gloves, goggles) CSCS card preferred Eligible to work in the UK Good spoken English
