We are a fast-growing, family-run construction company looking for a Construction Site Labourer to support the successful completion of a London-based site. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience and be part of a dynamic and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
On-Site Support & Assistance:
Assist tradespeople and site managers with various construction tasks.
Load, unload, and move materials and equipment around the site.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Follow all site health and safety regulations to ensure a safe workplace.
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Report any hazards or issues to the site supervisor.
General Labouring Duties:
Perform basic construction work such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
Assist with setting up and dismantling temporary structures.
Support in the preparation and cleanup of construction areas.
What We're Looking For:
Experience & Skills:
Previous experience as a labourer on a construction site is beneficial but not essential.
Physically fit and able to carry out manual labour tasks.
Willingness to learn and take instruction from site supervisors.
A proactive and reliable attitude towards work.
Requirements:
Valid CSCS card (or willingness to obtain one).
Understanding of basic health and safety procedures.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
