Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks on-site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.
Responsibilities
Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general site maintenance, including cleaning and organising work areas. Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as required. Operate basic machinery and tools under supervision. Follow health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment. Report any issues or hazards to the supervisor promptly. Participate in team meetings and training sessions as needed.
Requirements
Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods. CSCS card required Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required.

Pay: 16.00 per hour
