PEARL Fit-Out require a

Labourer

to join our expanding shopfitting and joinery manufacturing business.

This position is for 39 hours per week Monday-Friday, overtime will be available occasionally.

Our workshop is based in Portsmouth. Rates of pay to be discussed, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities:

Assist skilled joiners with daily tasks, including moving and organising materials.

Load and unload timber and other materials used in production.

Maintain a clean and organised workshop.

Follow all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Support with packaging, deliveries, and general warehouse duties.

Driving company van, delivering or collecting as required.

Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in a construction or warehouse environment is advantageous but not essential.

Physically fit and able to handle manual work, including lifting heavy materials.

A good work ethic and positive attitude towards tasks.

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Basic understanding of health and safety practices, although training will be provided.

Experience using a forklift is advantageous but not essential.

Punctual, dependable, and committed to high standards of work.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Hold a full UK Driving Licence.
