Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer with experience working with Renderers/Roughcasters to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well within a team environment. Long term work in Fife and the surrounding areas for the right candidate.

Duties

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general maintenance and cleaning of the work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks in a timely manner. Operate hand tools and machinery as required, adhering to safety protocols. Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks, providing assistance as needed. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive working environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a labouring role is essential. Valid CSCS card Asbestos Awareness Certificate, Manual Handling and Working at Height or willingness to gain (costs covered by). Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately. A valid driver's licence is preferable or commutable to Fife. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required.
