Labourer

WB Power Services Ltd is looking for reliable and hardworking Labourers to support our busy generator installation team. The Role

You'll play a key role in helping our installation team prepare and fit generator systems on site. Duties include:

Assisting with assembly of generator cabins and covers (bolting, screwing, fitting panels). Supporting engineers with basic tasks using hand tools (full training given). Moving tools, materials, and equipment across the site. General site tidiness and housekeeping. Minor painting and surface prep. Loading and unloading materials and kit. Performing simple checks on tools and equipment. Following all site health & safety procedures.

What We're Looking For

CSCS Card holder Previous experience in a labouring, construction, or manual role is helpful. Comfortable using hand tools like spanners and screwdrivers. A strong work ethic and good level of physical fitness. A team player who's eager to learn and support others. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions. Committed to safe working practices on site.
No generator experience needed -- we'll show you the ropes.
