Labourer Wanted, Mold Based, Part Time to Full Time Progression

13 per hour to start, Travel Paid, Full Training Provided, Great Team Environment

We're looking for a motivated, reliable Labourer to join our growing team in Mold. This is a hands-on role supporting roof cleaning, render cleaning, and larger gutter clearance projects. If you enjoy physical work, being outdoors, and being part of a friendly, hardworking team, this could be a great fit.

What We're Looking For

? Valid UK driving licence

? Able to travel to Mold each work day

? Comfortable working at heights such as ladders and roofs

? Happy with long work days when required, some days may start between 5 and 7am and finish 9 and 11pm, with a maximum working day of up to 16 hours including travel

? Travel time is paid

What the Job Involves

Assisting with roof cleaning, render cleaning, gutter cleaning

Using equipment and tools, with full training provided

Working as part of a supportive, growing team

Wearing provided PPE and uniform

We're a small but expanding business, currently a team of 6, with a family like, motivating workplace atmosphere.

Hours and Progression

Start part time, typically 10 to 24 hours per week

For the right person, the role can naturally progress into a full time, permanent position

13 per hour starting pay, with increases once you become a full time team member

Travel time is paid
