About Us

We're a growing UK manufacturing and e-commerce company based in

Peterborough (PE4)

, producing and selling our own products across major platforms --

Amazon, eBay, Shopify, TikTok Shop, OnBuy, B&Q, and Wayfair.

We design, make, and ship everything in-house, and we're looking for a

reliable, detail-driven assistant

who understands e-commerce systems and wants to grow with a serious operation -- not just "help out online."

Role Overview

You'll assist in day-to-day e-commerce operations with a strong focus on

Amazon FBA / FBM tasks

, order management, and customer service.
This role requires someone who's already familiar with Amazon Seller Central and can handle tasks confidently without constant supervision.

Main Responsibilities

Create, edit, and optimise

product listings

across Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other platforms. Manage

Amazon FBA shipments

-- prepare, label, and send stock to fulfilment centres. Handle

customer messages and returns

professionally through platform dashboards. Track orders, update spreadsheets, and help coordinate dispatch. Support with

basic admin, inventory checks

, and documentation. Optional: assist in

photos, videos, and content creation

for listings.

Requirements

Amazon Seller Central experience -- mandatory.

If you've never created or sent an FBA shipment, this role isn't for you.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Confident with computers, spreadsheets, and order systems. Good written English (for customer replies). Based locally --

must be able to work from our Peterborough unit (PE4).

Experience with other e-commerce platforms (Shopify, eBay, TikTok Shop) -- bonus. Skills in Photoshop, Canva, or video editing -- extra advantage. Students welcome if experienced and reliable.
