Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking people to join our team.

First is an experienced fitter with good knowledge of UPVC and aluminium.

Second is a labourer/fitters mate.

The successful candidates will play a vital role in supporting various tasks across our projects, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general site maintenance and cleaning to ensure a safe working environment. Follow instructions from supervisors and assist skilled tradespeople as needed. Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely under supervision. Help with the assembly of structures or installations as directed. Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring tools and materials are stored correctly. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to prevent accidents or injuries.

Requirements

Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 25 kg). Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills. Understanding of basic health and safety practices on construction sites is desirable. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as required.
