Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with various tasks related to our Turf and Aggregate products within our yard and fields. This role requires physical stamina, a positive attitude, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and handling of turf and landscaping materials. Perform general labour tasks including placing netting around pallets of turf in the field as they are cut and ready to be loaded onto HGV trailers. Load and unload trucks and trailers with the desired quantities. Bag aggregates with the various quantities and products. Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working order. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment. Assist with site clean-up and organisation. Work collaboratively with team members to meet project / delivery deadlines. Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues

Requirements:

Previous experience in landscaping or construction is preferred but not required. Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy materials. Strong work ethic and reliability. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions. A valid clean driving licence. A valid forklift licence is a plus.
