Responsibilities
Act as the public face of the organisation, delivering compelling presentations and engaging with stakeholders at events, webinars, and online platforms.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights that inform product development and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with product management teams to support the development and launch of new SaaS solutions tailored to target markets.
Assist in creating and executing B2B marketing campaigns aimed at expanding organisational reach and fostering strategic partnerships.
Utilise analysis skills to monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and recommend improvements for ongoing initiatives.
Support project management activities by coordinating tasks across departments, ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials and product updates.
Develop compelling presentations to communicate complex ideas clearly to internal teams and external clients.
Engage in continuous learning about software development processes, SQL data analysis, and emerging industry trends to enhance organisational strategies.
Requirements
Proven experience or strong interest in project management, SaaS products, market research, or product development.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
Strong analysis skills with proficiency in SQL or similar data querying tools.
Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and general marketing principles.
Familiarity with software development processes is desirable but not essential.
Organised with excellent time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Previous experience in product management or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
