At Amcor Flexibles Ledbury we are currently hiring for a Lamination Operative to join our Operations team.

On a shift you will work as part of a departmental team to produce high quality products for our customers.

Full Time 36.25 hrs per week

Shift Pattern

06:55 - 19:00 / 18:55 - 07:00 rotating shift pattern Rotating Sunday - Friday shift pattern (No scheduled Saturday working)

Salary

Full Job Specification

The main scope of the role is to work on the production shopfloor, alongside other operators, to run production lines against production plans Follow works instructions carefully and carry out the relevant QA checks and record the information to the standards required by the Company Record all production and waste data and waste accurately Take part in cleaning activities as required and ensure that your working area is always clean and safe Work with team leaders to ensure maximum output from department throughout shift

Qualifications and requirements

This role would be ideal for anyone with experience working in manufacturing, production or shopfloor environment but full training will be given so anyone with the right attitude will be considered even with no relevant experience.

No formal qualifications or certifications required - Full package of training will be provided Experience working in a manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential

Amcor Ledbury site is located on the edge of Ledbury town and is easily accessible from a number of local places
