We are seeking a skilled and reliable Lamination Operator to join our production team. As a Lamination Operator, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of lamination machinery. You will play a key role in ensuring that all products meet quality standards while maintaining efficiency in production.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate lamination machinery according to specifications Monitor production to ensure quality and efficiency Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment Follow safety guidelines and adhere to operational procedures Ensure all products meet quality and customer specifications Maintain accurate records of production runs and materials used Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth workflow

Required Qualifications:

Prior experience as a Lamination Operator or in a similar role (preferred) Strong attention to detail and quality control Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean workspace

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with film lamination machinery and processes Familiarity with operating production equipment in a manufacturing environment
