We're Hiring - Lamination Runner

Join Our Growing Team at Nelipak (Elsham) - Permanent Position Available!

Are you ready to step into a hands-on role in a fast-paced, supportive environment? Nelipak Elsham is currently looking for a dedicated Lamination Runner to support our Lamination team on a permanent basis.

Location: The Flarepath, Elsham Wold Industrial Estate, Brigg, DN20 0SP
Working Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (2 days / 2 nights), average 42 hours per week
Pay Rate: 13.42 per hour

What You'll Do

As a Lamination Runner, you'll assist the Lamination Operator in safely and efficiently running our lamination machines. Your responsibilities will include:

Loading/unloading and weighing reels Handling materials via SAP and returning stock Operating lifting equipment, FLTs, VNA trucks, and hand trucks Managing waste, changing adhesives, and completing cleaning routines Running machinery safely: balers and core cutters Completing documentation and participating in 5S and WCOM activities

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced in a manufacturing/production environment A reliable team player with a strong work ethic Willing to learn new skills and take on new challenges Attentive to detail with a "right first time" attitude Comfortable working independently and to tight deadlines Physically capable of manual work and operating machinery FLT Licence holder (essential)
