We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Runner to join our team in a dynamic hospitality environment. The Runner will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service by assisting with drink and meal delivery, and maintaining the overall efficiency of the kitchen, bar and dining areas. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings and possess a passion for guest services. No experience is necessary but a great attitude is a must!

Duties

Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously, ensuring accuracy and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas, including clearing tables and washing glasses as necessary. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations. Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism. Support the hospitality team in various tasks as required, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or kitchen environments is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive attitude towards helping others and contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
