Duties

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Experience

Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think on your feet. Familiarity with CRM systems or sales software is advantageous. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn about new products and services.
