Landscape Foreman

to join our growing team on a temp-to-perm basis.

Role Overview:

As the Landscape Foreman, you will be responsible for leading a small team on-site, ensuring the successful delivery of both hard and soft landscaping works to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on high-end projects and a strong understanding of both build and horticultural processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day management of landscape projects on-site Coordinate and manage trades and subcontractors Interpret and work from technical drawings, plans, and specifications Ensure high standards of workmanship across all aspects of the project Liaise with clients, designers, and project managers in a professional manner Manage tools, materials, and site logistics efficiently Maintain a safe, tidy and productive site environment Provide hands-on support in both hard and soft landscaping tasks

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar landscaping foreman or supervisory role Proven track record delivering high-spec residential or commercial landscaping projects Strong knowledge of hard landscaping (paving, decking, brickwork, fencing, etc.) Good understanding of soft landscaping (planting, turfing, irrigation, etc.) Able to read and work from technical drawings and specifications Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Valid CSCS card (preferred) SSSTS/SMSTS certification (an advantage) Full UK driving licence (essential)

Pay: 140.00-180.00 per day
