Summary

We are now looking to expand our team with an experienced and reliable

Landscape Gardener & Fencer

to help deliver bespoke outdoor projects to the highest standards. In this role, you will be responsible for installing new garden designs and fencing solutions that enhance the beauty and functionality of our clients' outdoor spaces. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of delivering professional and dependable service.

This is a hands-on role requiring a highly skilled individual with strong experience in both

landscape gardening

and

fencing

, including

agricultural fencing

. You will be responsible for measuring and pricing jobs, constructing garden designs, and delivering a full range of landscaping tasks. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, physically fit, and have a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

Measure, plan, and quote for landscaping and fencing projects. Interpret and build custom garden designs, working closely with clients and the team. Install raised beds, patios, pathways, and retaining walls. Lay turf, re-seed lawns, and carry out other lawn care tasks. Erect a wide range of fencing, including domestic, decorative, security, and

agricultural fencing

(post & wire, stock fencing, post & rail, etc.). Carry out all aspects of soft and hard landscaping to a high standard. Maintain and care for tools, equipment, and the working environment. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. During quieter winter months working as a groundsmen for our tree surgery side of the business may also be required if necessary

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of proven experience in landscape gardening and fencing (including agricultural fencing). Strong knowledge of materials, pricing, and construction techniques. Ability to read and execute from drawings and garden plans. Full UK driving licence
