Job Summary

This is a new position to join our award winning and growing team in London, we are looking for a Landscape Maintenance Team Leader who has a passion for gardening to maintain key customers developments to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

- Lead a grounds maintenance team & maintain the grounds by mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and weeding flower beds

- Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, watering and weeding

- Monitor plant health and identify potential issues such as pests or diseases.

- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.

- Use power tools safely for tasks including edging, trimming

Skills

:

- Proven experience with gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance.

- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in gardening tasks.

- Knowledge of irrigation systems and watering techniques.

- Growing experience or a background in horticulture is highly desirable.

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.

- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

What we need from you:

- A full clean UK Manual Driving Licence (Essential)

- Minimum of 2 years garden maintenance

- Level 2 in Horticulture (Bonus)

- PA1/PA6 Qualifications (Bonus)

- Can do attitude.
