The Role



We are currently looking for a proactive and committed

Landscape Operative

to join our growing team. Working on a wide variety of premium landscaping projects, you'll be part of a 2-3 person team delivering exceptional outdoor environments to our clients.

This is a hands-on, site-based role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist with the build of hard landscaping features: patios, decking, pergolas, walls, and fencing Mix concrete and mortar for various site tasks Organise and move materials safely around site Maintain a tidy and safe work environment Carry out soft landscaping such as turfing, planting, and soil preparation Learn from experienced landscapers and develop practical skills Work to high standards and timelines Collaborate closely with your team and site managers

What We're Looking For



We're seeking someone who is enthusiastic, dependable, and eager to grow within a high-performing landscaping team.

Essential Attributes:



Strong work ethic and reliability Physically fit and able to handle manual outdoor work Good communication and team collaboration Positive, can-do attitude with a desire to learn Prior experience in landscaping or construction Comfortable mixing concrete and carrying out general site tasks Understanding of turfing, planting, and basic soft landscaping

Full UK driving licence

(required)

Desirable (but not essential):



CSCS Green Card Relevant landscaping qualifications
