The Role

We're looking for experienced landscaping supervisors to lead soft landscaping teams on commercial projects and high-spec new-build developments.

You'll be responsible for organising site teams, interpreting plans, ensuring high standards of finish, and keeping things running smoothly on site.

Key responsibilities include:

Supervising day-to-day soft landscaping works Reading and working from site plans Turfing, planting, seeding, and mulching Coordinating with site managers and internal teams Maintaining a safe and well-organised working environment

What We're Looking For

Recent experience turfing and planting on commercial or new-build developments Previous supervisory experience Ability to read and follow landscaping plans Strong plant knowledge Full UK driving licence Valid CSCS card Good communication skills A proactive, self-motivated approach

What We Offer

16 - 18 per hour (based on experience) Full-time, permanent contract 28 days' holiday including bank holidays (pro rata for part-time roles) Support from a knowledgeable management team Opportunities to progress further within the company Discretionary annual bonus scheme based on attendance, conduct, and overall contribution throughout the year
