DC Landscapes is a high-end landscaping company based in Cheshire, specialising in the design, creation, and maintenance of premium outdoor spaces. Due to high demand and a strong pipeline of confirmed projects, we're looking for an experienced landscaping professional who can work independently and lead small teams when required.

Role Overview

We are seeking a

skilled and motivated Landscape Team Leader

to help deliver exceptional results on a range of landscaping projects over the next few months. The ideal candidate will be confident in working on their own, managing others on-site, and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate small teams on-site, ensuring efficient and high-quality project delivery. Work independently where required, managing your own workload and site progress. Interpret and deliver projects from plans and briefs to meet client specifications. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and the DC Landscapes team to ensure smooth operations. Maintain high standards of site safety, organisation, and cleanliness. Oversee and carry out a range of landscaping tasks including paving, fencing, turfing, planting, and other hard/soft landscaping works. Monitor material usage and ensure tools and equipment are maintained.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years' experience in professional landscaping, with proven leadership experience. Confident in both hard and soft landscaping techniques. Strong organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines. Excellent communication skills with clients, team members, and management. Full UK driving licence and reliable transport. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
