Landscaping Assistant

Wood Leisure have an opportunity to join our team as a

Landscaping Assistant

in our beautiful parks set in Perthshire. Based at our newest location, Faskally Woods Holiday Park (PH16 5LD) where you will predominantly work, with the availability to work at Blairgowrie (PH10 7AL) and Corriefodly (PH107JG) Holiday Parks on an occasional basis. You will be required to travel between these Holiday Parks - using work transport from Faskally with paid travel time.

This is a

full time, permanent

position, working

35 - 45 hours per week

across 5 days. Hours worked are usually

Monday - Friday between 9am and 5/6pm

, some occasional weekend work may be required. Travel time is full pay between the Parks. This is a physically demanding, hands on, role working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Opportunities for summer/seasonal work in this role may also be available. Accommodation may also be available - please enquire on application.

Responsibilities

This role will involve all manner of gardening duties including, but not limited to;
- Strimming,
- Edging,
- Hedge trimming,
- Grass cutting/Ride-on mower
- General grounds maintenance of the Holiday Parks.

Essentials

- Previous experience of landscaping and gardening
- Valid and clean UK driving licence (manual)

Inhouse training will be provided. Future opportunities to grow and develop your skills may be available after a years' service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 12.60 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
