To be successful in this role, you will have a positive "can-do" attitude and be able to lead, organise, and motivate your team to deliver high-end gardens for our clients in Surrey and the surrounding areas.
You'll need a keen eye for detail, a proven track record in all aspects of landscape construction, and experience leading high-end residential landscaping projects from start to sign-off.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

Ability to lead and manage residential landscaping projects on time and within budget. 3+ years of experience leading a landscaping team of 2-3 landscapers on-site. Expertise in reading design drawings, setting out sites and levels, and meeting deadlines. Proficiency in problem-solving and adhering to health and safety guidelines. Experience using plant machinery safely. Advanced knowledge in laying paving, setts, stone, blockwork, brickwork, and retaining walls. Excellence in constructing decking, fencing, and timber structures. Understanding of shrub and tree planting, turfing, and seeding.
