Key Responsibilities
Assist with fencing, paving, and general hard landscaping work
Digging, mixing mortar/concrete, and moving materials on site
Preparing sub bases.
Loading and unloading tools, equipment, and materials
Keeping the work area clean and safe
Supporting the team and following instructions from supervisors
Requirements
Physically fit and comfortable with manual outdoor work
Some experience in building trade is essential (training can be provided)
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
A driver's license is an advantage, but not essential; you must be able to make your own way to sites around Winchester.
