Operate various power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently for planting, trimming, and construction activities Use mechanical equipment such as excavators for larger landscaping projects or site preparation Maintain irrigation systems, ensuring they are functioning correctly and making necessary repairs or adjustments Assist with construction tasks such as installing features, pathways, or garden structures Conduct routine maintenance of tools and machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met Collaborate with team members to plan and execute landscaping projects according to client specifications Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during work activities

Experience

Proven experience in landscape maintenance Mechanical knowledge related to operating power tools, irrigation systems, and construction equipment such as excavators Familiarity with gardening practices, plant care, and general horticultural principles Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and machinery used in landscaping projects Knowledge of construction techniques relevant to outdoor environments is advantageous Ability to work independently or as part of a team in outdoor settings under varying weather conditions Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in executing tasks efficiently and safely
