FIRSTLY

, you'll need a range of hard landscaping skills, like laying patios, erecting structures, building retaining walls, etc.

SECONDLY

(but almost more importantly!), you will have a positive attitude to not only your own work but also managing a great team. You will have a hands-on 'leading from the front' mentality - directing, motivating and mentoring your small but hard-working team of labourers and experienced landscapers.

You will manage and take part in all onsite aspects of transforming our customers' gardens, from the planning of the build to assessing the final quality of work, all within agreed targets and deadlines.

We transform customers' gardens in Leicestershire and surrounding counties. Your working week will be Monday to Friday, 40 hours. This is a permanent position, employed directly within the company - the same as the team you will manage.
