We're looking for an experienced, hands-on

Landscaping Team Leader

who can take the lead on site delivery, work with pride and precision, and help shape a positive and professional team environment. If you're collaborative, hard-working, and confident delivering landscaping projects to a high standard, this could be the opportunity for you.

The Role

This is a site-based, practical role leading a small team on high-spec domestic landscaping projects across Worcestershire and nearby areas (no overnight stays).

You'll be responsible for:

Take full ownership of domestic landscaping projects from site setup to final handover Lead and support labourers/apprentices with a positive, respectful, and professional attitude Accurately set out sites, including calculating levels, falls, and measurements from plans Operate landscaping machinery and tools confidently and safely (e.g. mini digger, wacker plate, mixer) Work hands-on across all landscaping elements: groundworks, paving, timber features, fencing, turfing Manage site logistics and material deliveries to keep the job moving efficiently Communicate clearly and appropriately with clients, suppliers, and the office team throughout each project Maintain clean, safe, and organised worksites in line with company standards and health & safety practices
