About Us - RightScapes is an expanding landscaping company based in Yeadon, Leeds. At RightScapes we specialise in domestic landscaping construction and are looking for a hard-working, dedicated individual as a team leader. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within a similar Construction/Landscaping environment, be a competent and efficient worker and have the ability to guide, monitor and lead a team.

As a team leader in this role, your primary responsibilities will include fostering team motivation and a culture of constructive communication to facilitate collaborative goal achievement. You will be tasked with demonstrating adaptability in response to evolving circumstances, meeting deadlines, and efficiently managing time, all while maintaining a consistent high standard of work, whether collaborating within the team or working independently. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering exceptional results under various environmental conditions and take immense pride in the quality of their work, regardless of the circumstances.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the above areas of work.

Additional day-to-day duties:

Site supervision, including excellent motivation and all-round tidiness.

Completing daily progress reports & organising workload.

Awareness of Health and Safety: PPE, manual handling.

Daily client liaisance.

Supervision of deliveries, materials and orders to site.

Checking equipment/products daily.

Practical Experience:

Landscaping or Construction based experience. (Essential- minimum 5 Years).

Qualifications we are looking for include:

UK Drivers license (Essential)

CSCS Card (Preferred).

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: 150.00-200.00 per day depending upon experience.
