An exciting opportunity for an experienced team leader or supervisor to join an outstanding team at Albert Hall and become part of our growing group of large street food venues.

Academy is a family owned group working in partnership to deliver industry leading street food venues to the South Wales hospitality market.

We are looking to recruit an experienced supervisors to work within our team.

This position would suit an experienced team leader or supervisor who has a passion for customer service and relishes the chance to contribute their ideas towards a growing brand.

To apply for this supervisor role, you should have previous barista/bar experience - as team leader or supervisor.

The duties would include;

-Supporting the managers in all daily operations

-Leading by example as an integral part of the front-of-house operation

-Delivering excellent customer service at all times

-Running the shift and team

-Dealing with all customer enquiries in a prompt and courteous manner

-To be a strong and diligent leader-Possess an excellent work ethic

-Be creative & confident

-Have great organisational skills

Pay: Up to 12.83 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
