Job Title: Laser Setter Operator (Afternoon Shift)
Salary: 32,444 - 34,476 per annum
Location: Leicester
Hours: 2:00pm - 10:00pm (Initially working day shift for training/onboarding)

Peopletech Recruitment are currently working with a respected and growing manufacturing business based in
Leicester
, who are looking for a skilled Laser Setter Operator to join their team on a full-time basis.Key Responsibilities:
Set and operate Amada laser cutting machines to precise specifications. Interpret and work from technical drawings and engineering diagrams. Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet required tolerances. Complete machine setups and tool changes as needed. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience as a
Laser Setter
, not just as an operator. Hands-on experience withAmada laser machines
is essential. Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Good understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control. Flexible to work the afternoon shift (2pm - 10pm) after initial training on days.What's On Offer:
