The Role

We are seeking a

part-time Beauty Therapist / Laser Therapist

to join our growing team. This is a client-facing role delivering premium treatments while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.

Hours will typically range between

20-30 hours per week

, with some flexibility required to meet business demand, including occasional evenings or weekends.

You will also support reception duties when required, ensuring every client interaction reflects the high standards of Pulse & Clarity Clinic.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality beauty and laser treatments with excellent client care Maintain exceptional hygiene, treatment-room preparation, and presentation standards Support reception duties, including welcoming clients, managing bookings, and handling payments Provide aftercare advice and assist with treatment or membership recommendations Assist with stock checks and ensure treatment rooms remain fully equipped Work collaboratively with the wider clinic team to deliver a seamless client experience
Training & Development

Training will be provided in the Soprano Titanium laser

as part of the role

Separate training in phlebotomy (blood collection)

may be available for staff interested in supporting additional clinic services As the clinic continues to expand,

additional beauty and aesthetic treatments will be introduced

, with

training provided for staff who wish to upskill

About You

You are professional, warm, and confident, with a genuine interest in aesthetics and client wellbeing. You take pride in your work, enjoy maintaining high standards, and thrive in a premium clinical environment.

Essential:

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy Experience in beauty, laser, or aesthetic treatments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable supporting reception duties and using booking/payment systems Reliable, organised, and proactive

Desirable:

Experience with medical-grade laser systems (e.g. Soprano Titanium) Previous experience in private aesthetics or wellness clinics Interest in developing additional clinical or advanced aesthetic skills Confidence with social media or content capture
