Overview

The Therapist will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatments while also managing front desk operations and engaging in social media management to promote our services.

Responsibilities

Provide a range of therapeutic services, including laser hair removal, Hydrafacials, and microdermabrasion. Deliver exceptional guest services to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and customer inquiries. Engage in social media management to promote services and enhance the brand's online presence. Upsell additional services and products to clients, maximising their experience. Maintain a clean and organised treatment area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitised. Collaborate with team members to create a harmonious working environment. Demonstrate effective communication skills when interacting with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within a therapy clinic setting is desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with clients. Experience in front desk operations and handling administrative tasks efficiently. Proficiency in social media management to effectively engage with the community online. Level 4 training in laser therapy, Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy, experience in laser skin rejuvenation or related fields are highly advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and professionally. A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on industry trends. Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From 14.00 per hour
