We are a specialised intimate waxing and laser clinic based in Cheadle, Stockport. We are looking for a qualified, highly professional and committed Laser Therapist to join our expanding team. Here you will be performing a variety of laser treatments, including Laser Hair Reduction, Laser Tattoo Removal and Laser Skin & Pigmentation treatments. Must be able to show own initiative when dealing with customer enquiries and able to work under pressure. As a Therapist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience of our guests while delivering high-quality treatments.

Requirements

Level 4 Diploma/NVQ Laser and Light Therapies or equivalent Core of Knowledge Minimum of 1 year laser experience Flexibility - hours include evening and weekend shifts Client orientated - friendly, positive attitude A genuine passion for laser Be able to work as part of a team and also under own initiative Reliable, hardworking and ability to work in a busy environment Strong work ethic Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer care by addressing client enquiries and concerns promptly Conduct consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate laser treatments Communicate effectively with clients regarding treatment options and expected outcomes Manage scheduling and follow up appointments to ensure client satisfaction Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and maintain a welcoming environment Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in laser techniques.

Pay: 14.20-14.70 per hour
