Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality therapeutic services, including laser hair removal, Facial, and massage Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling inquiries. Engage in social media management to promote services and interact with clients online. Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience. Maintain a clean and organised treatment area, adhering to health and safety standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience. Demonstrate effective communication skills in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a therapeutic role, with skills in laser hair removall Strong customer service skills . Experience in front desk management is an advantage. Familiarity with social media platforms for business promotion is desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities effectively. A passion for beauty and wellness, along with an eagerness to learn new techniques.
