We have a super exciting opportunity for a passionate and versatile therapist to join our team here at Maldon skin clinic. We are constantly growing into the most top rated clinic in the area which means we need to continue to grow our amazing team.

The ideal therapist would be confident, listens and adapts and is willing to learn all treatments we provide our clients. The therapist must be bubbly and welcoming.

This role offers opportunities to develop a broad range of skills including progressing in the company while delivering high-quality treatments such as advanced laser treatments, skin rejuvenation treatments, non invasive lipo, cryotherapy and so much more. The successful applicant will be passionate about enhancing client wellbeing and satisfaction through personalised care and professional excellence. We pride ourselves on giving the best experience to our clients so you will be expected to do the same. Full training is provided with some training courses you will need to attend training in London.

The ideal therapist would be willing to build up their hours to full time when the client demand is there.

Responsibilities

Provide a variety of advanced treatments including tailored to individual client needs Deliver outstanding client experience and services by creating a relaxing, luxurious and welcoming atmosphere Upsell additional treatments and products to optimise client experience and maximise revenue opportunities Assist with tasks such as stock control, cleanliness standards, and maintaining health & safety protocols Offer expert advice on skincare, alternative treatments, and wellness routines to enhance client satisfaction Support other team members in delivering seamless service delivery through effective communication skills

Qualifications

Experience in beauty and skin treatments with willingness to learn or level 4 in beauty or higher Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanour Ability to upsell products and services tactfully to enhance client experience Organised with good multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities simultaneously

Pay: From 14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
