Laser and skin therapist (Laser, IPL & Advanced Facials)

We are looking for a confident, skilled Level 5 Beauty Therapist to join our growing clinic. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about skin, results-driven treatments, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Laser Hair Removal treatments safely and effectively Perform IPL treatments (hair reduction and skin rejuvenation, if qualified) Carry out advanced facials (including skin analysis and tailored treatment plans) Complete thorough consultations, consent forms, and aftercare advice Maintain excellent clinical hygiene, infection control, and treatment protocols Build strong client relationships with a focus on retention and results Support clinic standards, professionalism, and brand values
Essential Requirements

Level 4/5 Beauty Therapy qualification (Ofqual regulated or equivalent) Certified and experienced in Laser Hair Removal Experience with IPL treatments Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skin concerns, and contraindications Confident, calm, and professional with clients Excellent communication and consultation skills Reliable, organised, and able to work independently Perform a variety of beauty treatments and services, including

Requirements:

NVQ Level 4 in Laser Hair Removal, NVQ in Beauty Must have own Insurance Minimum of 1 Year of experience in performing beauty treatments and services Working on Saturdays. Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics The skill to work in a team Discipline and punctuality are required Fluent English Laser hair removal, Facials, Chemical Peels, Body Shaping treatments Able to provide consultations. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Provide excellent customer service Upsell products and services Maintain a clean and organised work area. Assist with front desk duties as needed.
Desirable (but not essential)

Experience with microneedling, chemical peels, or advanced skin treatments Retail/product recommendation experience Previous clinic or medispa experience
