Role Summary

As a Lash & Brow Technician at Banbury's Beauty, you will be responsible for delivering expert lash and brow services in a calm, professional environment. Whether performing classic lash extensions, brow lamination, or precise shaping and tinting, you'll be helping clients look and feel their best with every treatment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality lash and brow treatments, including: Classic and volume lash extensions Lash lifts and tints Brow shaping, waxing, tinting, and lamination Maintain excellent hygiene and safety standards Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering aftercare advice and product recommendations Stay current with trends and techniques through continuous professional development Work collaboratively within a supportive team, contributing to a positive salon culture Ensure each client receives a tailored, luxury experience in line with Banbury's values

What We're Looking For

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) Qualified in lash extensions, lash lifts, brow treatments (lamination a bonus) A strong portfolio of previous work (optional, but encouraged) A warm, professional manner and a passion for beauty Excellent attention to detail and time management Honest, reliable, and driven to grow personally and professionally
