Responsibilities
Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care, ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling inquiries.
Promote additional services through effective upselling techniques to enhance the overall client experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area to uphold hygiene standards.
Assist in social media management by sharing before-and-after photos of lash extensions and promoting services online.
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all guests.
Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations.
Experience
Proven experience as a Lash Extensions Technician or in a similar role within the beauty industry is essential.
Strong skills in customer service and guest relations, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Experience in management or supervisory roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
Familiarity with deep tissue massage techniques, makeup application, or barbering is considered a plus.
