This job has a rented space available or can work on commission.

Responsibilities

Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction Deliver a range of beauty treatments including makeup application and deep tissue massage as required Utilise social media management skills to promote services, showcase work, and engage with clients online Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalised recommendations Assist with management tasks such as organising appointments, stock levels, and maintaining cleanliness of the workspace Deliver guest services that uphold the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism

Requirements

Proven experience in eyelash extensions Strong management skills with the ability to oversee daily operations effectively Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members Experience in social media to promote services and build an online presence Customer service expertise with a friendly, approachable demeanour Knowledge of hospitality standards and guest services best practices Ability to upsell products or treatments in a professional manner Previous experience in other beauty treatments is advantageous but not essential Organised with good time-management skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently
