Duties

Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction. Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming clients warmly and addressing their needs. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling inquiries. Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area to ensure a professional environment. Engage in social media management to promote services and showcase your work. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations.

Skills

Proven experience in eyelash extensions application. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality. Ability to upsell services and products confidently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in managing front desk operations is an advantage. Familiarity with social media platforms for promotional purposes. A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality work. Ability to manage time efficiently while multitasking in a busy environment.
