Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in eyelash extensions and customer service, ensuring that every client leaves feeling beautiful and satisfied. This role requires excellent communication skills and a flair for upselling additional services, while also managing front desk operations and social media engagement.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional eyelash extension services tailored to individual client needs. Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Manage front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and greeting clients warmly. Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Engage in social media management to promote services and enhance brand visibility. Upsell additional services such as makeup application or deep tissue massage to enhance the client experience. Foster a welcoming atmosphere that reflects hospitality and professionalism. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest services throughout the salon.

Experience

Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred. Familiarity with eyelash extension techniques and products is essential. Background in customer service, hospitality, or front desk management is highly desirable. Skills in makeup application, deep tissue massage, or barbering are advantageous but not mandatory. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively. Experience in social media management is a plus, contributing to marketing efforts for the salon.
