Duties

Apply eyelash extensions and brow shaping services with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and greeting clients warmly. Maintain a clean and organised workspace to uphold hygiene standards. Engage in effective upselling of services and products to maximise revenue opportunities. Handle guest inquiries with professionalism, providing exceptional customer service at all times. Assist in social media management by creating engaging content to promote services and attract new clients. Collaborate with team members to ensure a harmonious working environment that prioritises client satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience in eyelash extensions application and brow shaping is essential. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest services. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and colleagues. Experience in management or supervisory roles is advantageous. Familiarity with makeup application techniques is a plus. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive attitude towards upselling products and services.
