Job Title: Senior Lash Technician & Assistant Manager

About Us:

We're a New lash shop soon to open for All Lash Techs to purchase their supplies at fabulous Prices, dedicated to providing exceptional products and services to lash professionals. We're seeking an experienced and talented Lash Technician to join our team as a Senior Lash Technician and Assistant Manager of the shop. If you would just like to promote the salon to receive discounted items please enquire as we are looking for promoters also.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled and passionate Lash Technician to fill a key role in our shop. As a Senior Lash Technician and Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional lash services to our clients, as well as assisting with the day-to-day management of our shop.

Responsibilities:

- Provide expert lash services, including lash extensions, lash lifts, and lash tinting
- Assist with shop management, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
- Train and mentor junior lash technicians
- Participate in product development and selection
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
- Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve shop goals and objectives
- Cover assistant manager duties as needed, including opening/closing

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience as a lash technician

- Great with popular trends And social media
- Lash extension, lash lift, and lash tint certification
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with scheduling and inventory management software a plus
- Assistant management experience or willingness to learn
- Passion for the lash industry and commitment to providing exceptional service

Hours:

Full-time or part-time hours are available, and are negotiable.
