As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for applying eyelash extensions, managing client appointments, and contributing to the overall atmosphere of our establishment. Your role will also include engaging with clients through social media and assisting with front desk operations.

Duties

Apply high-quality eyelash extensions while ensuring client safety and satisfaction Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests and addressing their needs Manage appointments and maintain an organised schedule at the front desk Engage in social media management to promote services and enhance brand visibility Upsell additional services and products to clients, enhancing their overall experience Assist with guest services, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, adhering to health and safety standards Collaborate with team members to create a harmonious work atmosphere

Experience

Proven experience in eyelash extensions application is essential Background in customer service or hospitality is highly desirable Familiarity with social media management and marketing strategies is a plus Skills in makeup application or deep tissue massage will be advantageous Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with clients and team members Experience in management or barbering would be beneficial but not mandatory
