## Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at a vibrant establishment in the heart of Bognor Regis. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and delivering exceptional service. You could be working in various areas of the business, from the Legends sports bar, Venue 24 events room, to the nightclub Sheiks, so late nights on weekends will be expected.

Also, options to work in other ares of the business like the fish, chips & cafe for extra hours.

## Duties
- Prepare and serve drinks to customers following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, table service and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the till system efficiently
- Assist in restocking bar inventory and supplies
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service

-VIP booth service

- Must be prepared to work late until 4-5am most Saturday's and other nights as they are introduced

## Skills
- Experience working in a late bar/club environment is advantageous
- Proficient in bartending techniques and cocktail preparation would be a bonus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately
